Hello, thanks so much for visiting my website!
I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and body work specialist with a great passion for life, health, fitness and everything natural that can help bring your vitality, physical and mental performance to a higher level.
My long journey studying human body, its function/dysfunctions and abilities started with graduating with Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from the Sports University in Poland.
Life further led me through studying Ayurvedic Medicine, Ayurvedic Massage Principles and natural practices in India, teaching Sivananda Yoga for 6 years in Poland and London, completing post degree diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from North London School of Sports and practising advanced soft tissue techniques working on sites of GPs and multidisciplinary medical teams in hospitals in Poland and France and in the City of London clinics where I’ve worked with recreational and semi-professional athletes from Ironman triathletes, rugby players to cross fitters but also with mums to be and elderly.
Finally I started exploring greater world of natural medicine meeting some amazing and inspirational people on my way who motivated me to dig deeper into understanding the importance of proper nourishment and how food and environment shape the foundation of our health. Curiosity, never ending passion but also my own striving to reach the ‘better being’ led me to graduate as Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy from renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London so that I could help others achieve their perfect health and performance.
Being a daughter of a Medical Doctor I grew up in a belief that there is a ‘pill for every ill’. It took me years of my own research and studying to understand and address naturally physiologic imbalances that are at the root cause of poor health, rather than just masking symptoms with drugs.
As Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist my aim is to help you bring balance to your body via dietary and lifestyle suggestions and modifications designed specifically for you, your goals, symptoms’ patterns and your body’s current needs. We are all unique and I focus in depth on assessing how your body works so we can create the perfect plan that will support you on your route to thriving in life, not just surviving. I am also fascinated by the world of nutrigenomics and epigenetics and how food and our environment affect our genes. Using genetic testing allows me to understand my client’s physiology much deeper and create individualised nutritional protocols.
As Massage Therapist I predominantly focus on the physical aspect of your body, however your mind is important too. With my ‘hands on’ I use combination of soft tissue techniques, visceral manipulation as well as dry needling and aim to make you feel better right after leaving my room. Whether for injury prevention, faster recovery, easing aches and pains related to daily life or simply giving your mind a little break, Massage Therapy has proven beneficial for all of those aspects. Frequently, while I’m working on your body you may expect some dietary and natural tips thrown in to help you achieve your goals faster.
I am fully insured and I am a member of the Institute of Sports Massage, The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. These are professional regulatory bodies overseeing training, activities and continuing professional development of their members. They support therapists in achieving the highest knowledge, standards of integrity, competence and professional practice to protect client’s interest, therapy and therapist.
Human body, nutrition and achieving/supporting perfect health and performance are my great passion and every day I spent time deepening my knowledge, keeping up to date with newest research and what’s going on in’ the health world’. I regularly attend seminars, conferences and professional courses to be able to share my expertise with you.
If you have any more questions about me, what I do or how I could help you do not hesitate to contact me.
